The Youth National Volleyball Association (YNVA) is a National Youth Volleyball skill and match play non-profit organization.  The YNVA's non-profit organiztion is growing quickly across the United States and is in need of staff and volunteers.

The YNVA is looking for coaches and players who have volleyball experience, either at the high school or at college level to become members of our staff team. 

If selected as a staff member, you would be part of a national movement and will be charged with the responsibility of helping carry out the YNVA Objective, "To build positive character, and enrich the lives and health of youth through the promotion of Youth Volleyball".  We look to each of our staff members of becoming passionate about our Mission, "To put into practice the core values of integrity, team work, respect, caring, discipline, accountability and fair play". 

While the YNVA is looking for individuals with volleyball experience it does not preclude a person from applying for a position who has job experience and qualifications needed to perform the job.  Individuals with volleyball experience will also need to have the experience and qualifications that meets the job responsibilities.
