The YNVA Youth Volleyball League is for Girls and Boys in grades 3-8.
This program is unique because the children learn from the best as the YNVA has attracted Head University and High School Coaches, Professional and All-American players and an Athletic Director who have experienced playing and coaching at the highest level, to lead the training.
The program is held each week for two hours with the first hour on skill training placing emphasis on motor and physical development through the use of ball training such as running, jumping, and coordinated movements that make up the game of volleyball. Match play is held the last hour of each session as children play four on four on smaller outdoor grass courts, led by parent coaches.
Founders of the YNVA, Jerritt Elliott, University of Texas Head Women's Volleyball Coach said, "Participating in our YNVA program is a real benefit to children wishing to learn at an early age and who aspire to play later on for an elite volleyball team and or perhaps for a major university".
